Reagan the hero...?

Good old Ronnie was the original reverse-sexist! Turns out he made a promise during the 1980 campaign that he would appoint a woman to the supreme court. And saying that he would get the most qualified woman for the job. No no, not the most qualified, just pick a woman. Hmm why old white male conservatives didn't jump on that I don't know. Another thing I find odd is that he says about her is that she admits she is a "thoughtful woman" What the heck? We don't need thought on the Supreme Court we need strict judicial interpretation! GOP where are you??

ps- note how Reagan is a fan of the teleprompter, wonder if the GOP got mad at him for that?
