All of a sudden, as I was listening to Countdown with Keith Olbermann on my tv while surfing the web I heard it. That Iowa will now allow gay marriages!!!!! I was shocked and stopped what I was doing. I cheered when I learned that the Iowa Supreme Court found that a definition of marriage in their state constitution in 1998 was unconstitutional and unanimously overturned it. Best part is after the mess in California still going on now (come on California State Supreme Court, its SOOO unconstitutional) they worded it so that the only way to overturn it is an amendment to the state constitution... something that can't happen for TWO YEARS!!!! Who says the mid-west isn't on the cutting edge -- progressives are moving in!!!!Oh found this today. How true!!!!
