Recently my parent's computer had a massive virus infection that overtook their anti-virus software McAfee. So we called them up to get this thing removed. Turns out because this is a "new and rare" virus the idiots who programmed the security left an opening for the infection basically. So to remove it we have to pay McAfee and additional $70-90 dollars. We have to pay... because their program didn't work. We have to pay because they didn't protect my parents. I'm sorry but guess what, you say you will secure my computer and you failed. Why the hell should I pay you for making a mistake? This isn't the bailout where I reward you for doing bad business. So McAfee for your crappy protection and shitty policies...YOUR OFFICIALLY ON NOTICE!!!
We had McAfee and then got rid of it.
