Obama's speech writers are complete genuises who obviously are trying to cater to the under 30 crowd who would hear that comment and immediately associate it with Colbert and therefore ultimately associating Obama with badass awesomeness!

"Yeah...lets put in presdtidigitation, umm, important, and terrorist...that should cover the fact that he has no idea what he's talking about."
